We install wallpaper in offices, medical facilities, hotels, retail stores, and a range of other settings. Every surface is prepared with care to ensure strong adhesion and smooth results. We install vinyl, textile, textured, printed, and specialty papers using quality materials. Interior branding matters. Whether it’s a subtle backdrop or a statement wall, we help businesses create a space that stands out. Our professional wallpaper applications are built to hold up in high-traffic environments and reflect the unique style of your company.
We collaborate with designers, facility managers, and business owners to select the right product, prep the space, and install on schedule. From budget considerations to branding aspects, we focus on every detail. The result is a polished interior that supports your goals, connects with your audience, and brings new life to your building.
We deliver clean, crisp finishes that hold up under real-world use. From luxury spaces to practical environments, SwiftHand Painting provides wallpaper installation that reflects attention to detail and pride in every room.
1. Spec and sample approval Send us the product specification or your designer’s selection. We’ll confirm it suits the space, especially in high-traffic or humid areas, before anything is ordered.
2. Quantities, including waste We calculate rolls from the pattern repeat and wall layout, with a waste allowance, so the whole job comes from a single dye lot.
3. Wall preparation Existing wallcovering removed, walls repaired, sanded and primed. Most seam failures trace back to this step being skipped.
4. Scheduled installation Work planned around your operating hours, zone by zone, so public-facing areas stay presentable.
5. Handover We recommend keeping a spare roll from the same batch for future repairs, and we’ll tell you how much to set aside.
We back our workmanship for nine years. Most commercial painting contractors in this market offer one to three.
Utah licence 12435694-5501 under both S270 Painting and B100 General Building. Drywall damage, rotted trim and substrate repairs get handled by our crew, not handed to another trade mid-job.
We phase work by area and agree the schedule in writing before we start, so your staff, tenants and customers know what's happening and when.
Certificate of insurance, licence details and a written scope of work before anyone picks up a brush. Everything a property manager or facilities team needs to sign off the job.

SwiftHand Painting was a great choice! I got a couple of quotes but ultimately selected them because it was the most personalized consult and they took the time to really explain everything. They showed up on time and worked hard to paint the exterior of my house! They addressed all my concerns and were very professional. I trust and would recommend them!Posted on Google![]()

Showcasing the wallpaper craftsmanship that defines Swifthand Painting.
Salt Lake City sits at roughly 4,200 feet, and UV rises about 10% for every 1,000 meters of elevation, according to the World Health Organization. That extra UV breaks down the binders in cheap coatings sooner, so we spec products rated for high-UV conditions.
Exterior work in Utah realistically runs from spring through early fall, with application temperatures holding between roughly 50°F and 85°F. We schedule exteriors early and book them tightly, so you are not chasing a crew in October.
Stucco, cedar, brick, vinyl and aluminum siding all need different preparation. Homes built before 1978 need lead-safe handling on top of that, and we’re EPA RRP certified and lead-certified through the Utah Division of Air Quality to do it properly. Our crews prep to the substrate in front of them, not to a checklist.
We back our workmanship for nine years because we control the variables that cause paint to fail early: surface prep, product selection and application. If our work fails, we return and correct it.
Four stages, every job, from a single office suite to a full building. You’ll know what happens next at every point.
Proper preparation creates long lasting results. Our crews complete drywall repair, sanding, caulking, scraping, power washing, and priming as needed. We protect flooring, furniture, landscaping, and surrounding areas to maintain a clean and organized job site.
Using premium paints and proven techniques, we apply smooth, even coats with sharp cut lines and consistent coverage. Whether completing interior painting, exterior painting, or cabinet refinishing, our crew focuses on detail and uniform finish quality. Each layer is applied according to manufacturer specifications for optimal adhesion and durability.
After cleanup, we conduct a thorough walkthrough with you to review every surface and detail. Any touch ups are completed promptly to ensure complete satisfaction. Your project concludes with a polished space and workmanship backed by our craftsmanship guarantee.
In most cases. We work room by room or zone by zone, and wallcovering installation is quieter and cleaner than most trades. Public-facing areas like lobbies and dining rooms can be scheduled for your quietest periods. We’ll agree the plan in writing before we start.
Either. If you’ve already chosen a product, send us the spec sheet and the pattern repeat before ordering and we’ll calculate quantities including waste allowance. Ordering short and then finding the next batch comes from a different dye lot is one of the most common and expensive wallcovering problems, and it’s entirely avoidable.
Yes, and we quote it as a separate line because it’s genuinely unpredictable. Some commercial vinyl strips cleanly; some was hung without primer and pulls the drywall face off with it. We’ll assess it at the walkthrough, and our B100 General Building licence means any drywall repair is handled by our crew.
Yes. Send us the print files or the printer’s contact and we’ll confirm panel layout, overlap and wall prep before production, so the finished mural lines up across seams the way your designer intended.
Almost always. Wallcovering shows every defect underneath it, so walls get filled, sanded and primed before anything goes up. Skipping that is the most common reason commercial installations lift at the seams within the first year.
